Healthy Meal Pro ("we") operates healthymealpro.in and delivers meals in Dwarka, New Delhi. This policy explains what personal information we handle.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and delivery address, so we can cook and deliver your meals.
- Your goal, dietary preference and anything you tell us to avoid, so we can portion correctly.
- Optional details such as age and weight, only if you choose to give them.
- Payment confirmations. We do not store card details — payments run through our payment provider.
How we use it
Only to run your plan: cooking, portioning, labelling, delivering, and messaging you about your order. Your data stays with us — it is never sold, and never shared with advertisers.
Most of our communication happens on WhatsApp. When you message us, that conversation is stored in your WhatsApp account and ours, under WhatsApp's own terms.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a customer, plus the period our accountant needs for tax records. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except where we are legally required to keep a record.
Your choices
Write to hello@healthymealpro.in to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
The site uses only what it needs to function. At present, we do not use advertising tracking cookies. If this changes, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated accordingly.
