How delivery actually runs
Handed to you, not left at the gate
For freshness and food safety we hand meals directly to you rather than leaving boxes unattended. We'll message when the rider leaves so you know when to expect your meal.
Changes close at 8pm
Pause, swap a meal or change your address for tomorrow by messaging before 8pm today. After that the shopping is already done.
Paused days are never lost
They move to the end of your plan. Travelling for a week does not cost you a week.
